Membership Policy

1. Overview

TubiTow may offer subscription-based membership plans that provide additional benefits to frequent users of our roadside assistance marketplace. This Membership Policy outlines the terms governing these plans.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Discounted service rates on towing and roadside assistance
• Priority dispatch and reduced wait times
• Waived or reduced cancellation fees
• Exclusive promotions and offers
• Dedicated customer support

Specific benefits vary by membership tier and are detailed at the time of enrollment. TubiTow reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

3. Enrollment

Memberships can be purchased through the TubiTow app. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring billing at the applicable membership rate. You must have a valid payment method on file to maintain an active membership.

4. Billing & Renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each month (or the nearest available date). Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.

If your payment method fails, we may attempt to charge it again. If payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts, your membership may be suspended or cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the TubiTow app or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

• Your membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial months
• You may re-enroll at any time at the then-current membership rate

6. Price Changes

TubiTow reserves the right to change membership pricing. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Membership Limitations

• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to a single account
• Membership benefits apply only to the account holder
• Abuse of membership benefits (e.g., fraudulent requests) may result in termination
• Membership does not guarantee service availability in all areas at all times

8. Termination by TubiTow

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if you violate our Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
