SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

TubiTow LLC (“TubiTow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a roadside assistance and towing marketplace that connects customers with independent towing and roadside service providers.

After opting in, users may receive SMS messages related to roadside assistance requests, dispatch updates, service notifications, and account alerts. Message frequency varies based on user activity.

2. Opt-In (Consent)

You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at tubitow.app/contact-us, or within our mobile app during account creation or service request flows. The checkbox includes a disclosure of message types, frequency, STOP/HELP instructions, applicable rates, and links to our SMS Terms, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Service-related messages are sent as needed during active service requests or account events. Promotional messages (if you opt in) will not exceed 4 messages per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. TubiTow does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message from TubiTow. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further promotional messages will be sent.

Note: Opting out of promotional messages may not stop certain critical service-related messages required to complete an active roadside assistance request.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Supported Carriers

TubiTow SMS messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
