SMS Terms of Service

1. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in to TubiTow’s SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from TubiTow LLC related to your roadside assistance requests, service updates, account notifications, and promotional offers.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Service alerts: Driver dispatch notifications, ETA updates, arrival confirmations, and job completion notices
- Account notifications: Verification codes, payment confirmations, and account security alerts
- Promotional messages: Special offers, discounts, and service announcements (only with your opt-in consent)
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Service-related messages are sent as needed during active service requests. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. TubiTow does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from TubiTow. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further promotional texts. Note: Opting out of promotional messages will not affect critical service-related messages during an active service request.

7. Supported Carriers
TubiTow SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
